I'm sorry, but I can't make any exceptions for the rules for the new chapters. I feel really bad about it, but I just can't do it. Last month I made $200 LESS than the bare minimum I need to survive. The only reason I made it is because I saved money that came in over Christmas. If that happens this month, I'll have to choose between my internet bill (which I need for work) or groceries. I don't even have basic television--there are no other expenses I can cut out to save money. While I really feel for people who are in the same situation as me, I've provided a lot of free reading for people over the years, and that's going to have to suffice because I can't do it anymore.
