Just reread this chapter and wanted to say how awesome you are. Gen/Michael are so sexy, but on top of that, Gen is just a really funny character. I love how she thinks.
I actually choked on my tea when I read: "Maybe he wasn’t Michael anymore. Maybe he was...fake Michael. Or evil Michael. She’d have to get a good look later to see if he had an evil moustache."
And I noticed you added in a bit to clarify that they didn't have sex: it works very well.
