Just a note that this is an old post--the points system is over. I hadn't really thought people would be bothered with it, and while the interest was nice, it caught me by surprise and I had to scramble to fix the flaws. But it was also abused and misinterpreted a lot.

And then I lost my second part time job.

In the new year, I'm going subscription only for the rest of Part Three (chapters 13-22). All money received at this point will be going towards vet money for my dog (info about that to your left). Anyone who wants to chip into the fund early is welcome to be bumped to VIP to read chapters posted (8-11). Again, it's a little awkward at this stage as I haven't planned much or worked details out, but drop me a line and we'll sort it.

Someone asked a little while ago about points...so here is our official points system:

Amount of points you receive for different actions:

Commenting - 1 point*
Inviting a user - 1 point
The person you invited registers - 5 points
Referring a user** - 1 point
Writing a review somewhere on the internet*** - 10 points
Donating - 1 point per $****

*(Don't abuse the comment feature.)
**(see your account page for the referral link)
***(review must be at least 150 words)
****(if your PayPal account doesn't match the email address you signed up with, please let the webmaster know)

Points for reviews and donating are both added manually. User points are collected from both this site and Curio Killed the Cat. As well, you get points for every review, regardless of whether it was for Catharsis, Children of the Apocalypse, or Curio Killed the Cat (hell, if you write a review of my commercial work on Amazon or something, you also get points).
