The update schedule is usually monthly--first day of every month, actually--though I took a brief break during the end of Part Two and beginning of Part Three. Although I did post two new short stories during the hiatus.
The next chapter will be posted January 1st.
I'm glad to hear your thoughts on the revelation of Thad's "betrayal" (I use quotations because we don't yet know if it's a good or a bad thing), because everyone was strangely silent on that when the chapter first went live in October, lol. I know a lot of readers like him, though, so I thought maybe everyone was just mad at me. The mini-arc in chapers twelve and thirteen with Sage and Hayden is probably one of my favourite parts I've written in CotA so far.
