Ch. 16 Update

Hey folks--I'm moved and finally back online after a two week absence. Current goal is to get my ass into gear once I'm caught up with work and have Chapter Sixteen of The Ritual posted on July 15. Fingers crossed!

Also, I finally changed up the header to something smaller, giving more room for the main content area here, which I thought would be good on smaller screens. Then that screwed something up so I had to try to fix the style sheet myself, as I don't have anyone I can ask. I think it's all good now, but please let me know if you have any problems. (If you don't see the change, hit refresh.)
