I agree with you 100%. I can name over a dozen shows where, once the UST was resolved (usually in the most cheeseball fashion possible), the show lost all interest for me. I don't mind shows that feature an already-committeed couple, but ones where so much of the plot is based on the will they-won't they scenario seem completely lost once it's resolved.
And yet the writers/rpoducers/directors don't seem to realize that and keep those shows on life support for another season or two when really, they should've just pulled the plug after the Happily Ever After.
